Wouldn't be at all surprised, units seem to have "adjusted" every other scheme to suit themselves so why not this one!

I asked on my JU 87 posting this same question but spreading it over 2 posts might get a faster reply :-)

What was the clear round cover on top of the fuselarge just behind the gunner and what would the collour be underneath of the clear lens?

haha, yeah, can't wait for snow, lol. Great for pictures. I really want to make a Tiger I tank soon. It would be my first tank.

Jeez, here's all you guys doing your winter white aircraft and armour and I've just started a TROPICAL Bf109!!!!!! (When I say started, I've opened the box ,read the instructions and checked the paint stash. Looking good so far)

There must be something wrong with me.

          Cheers

Hi Tony, is this the dio with Marseille's machine and "Otto". Looking forward to that one. I've decided to do my 109 (unusually for me) in flight. It can sit with my tropical Spitfire (AN*V). I've actually stuck the pilot together and Kleared the clear parts. Every journey starts with a little step!

Cheers and good luck with the dio.
