Totally agree Ron. On a different note I was going to build its bigger brother today but I have noticed a few faults on the sprues, so back to the shop on monday to order another one. Oh joy. Well i have a few others i could start.....

Thanks for directing me here Tony. I've always respected those who can do a bloody good job with 1/72. Your paint job is spot on and what makes your masterpiece good is that there is no way of distinguishing your 1/72 from say 1/48.

Really impressive build mate. You're gonna be halping me with my build

Thank you Paul. A 1/48 is on the cards to be built and a 1/32 as well but that one is for next year. Always glad to help anyone.

That's a cracking looking model, as per Grahams comment, I really must try a Tamiya plane, never yet built one.

I used to build a lot of 1/72nd aircraft when i was young and this kit reminds me of why. You can make a superb job of one of these and create a collection that doesn't take over the house. Mind you in my youth Tamiya 1/72nd aircraft were not available and the detail on this shows just how much they have come on. The old 1/72 Airfix kit didn't even have edges to the wheel wells but this one even has surface detail inside.

Lovely model with great paint job and just the right amount of weathering for the scale.
