    Spitfire Mk22 finished (almost)

Finished this one earlier, just needs the wing tip lights sorting but I've got to find them and the other bits that have been 'hidden' by little hands.

    Lessons learnt on this one-

1.Vallego gloss varnish is better than klear

    2. Squadron filler dries out in about 5 seconds.

    3. Little hands like to 'help'!

Love the weathering over the silver finish, great work sponge.

A silver one, nice. Funny thing about filler is it drying quickly - this is a good point and a bad point. I don't want a filler that takes hours to dry, but it would be nice if it would stay workable just a bit longer !
