    1/72 su 11 fishpot c

    Hello everyone.

    Here a few pics of my latest model, an old 1/72 Leoman SU 11 fishpot c.

    Not the best kit out there but general lines and dimensions are good enough if you don't mind lots of sanding and scratch build,

    I've used ALCLAD II chrome and polish with rub n'buff silver leaf, weathering made with pastel washes.

    The cockpit come from a spares box and the pilot figure is from Armory,very nice resin figure in 1/72.

    Decals are custom made, I used future to seal the deal.

          Hi fishpot , welcome to the forum. Now soviet cold war stuff, thats right up my street !! Great build on a very rarely seen aircraft /kit , tell me have you got any more russian jets? cheers tony

              HI Tony,

              I love old soviet jet fighters,

              I am currently working(slowly) on a SU 9 from UNDA(one bad kit to another,love challenge)

              and a resin kit from omega YE 152 A, off course it will be awhile til i can finish 'em

              i will keep you posted!

              cheers and im glad there is someone else out there who likes soviet jets!

                  Hi paolo , I did the UNDA SU 9 a while back (type fishpot in the forum search bar and you should find it) and found it not too bad ,better than the later Kopro remould/copy . Looking forward to seeing more stuff , cheers tony
