    IL2 M3 Sturmovik

This is the Hobbyboss 32 scale kit. A very nice kit indeed, had its issues but nothing major, a model that really wanted to be built.

Vallejo Model Air and Model Colour used with Gunze metallics, Vallejo varnishes, Flory washes

5 exhaust ports! Only 5 cylinders per side. That's unusual, isn't it?

Nice work Barry, very sharp job on the paint work.

Steve yes it's unusual, maybe two of the exhaust stubs were paired (think early Merlins with three exhaust stubs per side).

                Steve, actually there are six.

The sixth comes straight out tucked behind the fifth from the front.... difficult to see and, yes a very odd configuration.

                Thanks for your comments....

Great 5* build, Barry. That must be quite a large model.
