Very Nice indeed. The dirt in the wheel wells is nice, especially the dry brushing. I need to experiment and learn how to do convincing chipping. I know there are several ways and what you did is very convincing. What method did you use please?.
Thanks Guys for all your compliments, Steve in answer to your question I use Florys dark dirt plus some dry brushing with Humbrol aluminium.
Vaughan never tire of looking at your quality builds! This is hands down one of the finest Butcher birds I've seen in a while! 5 stars ,very nicely done Sir!!!
Wow Vaughn that is stunning. About the antena wire instead of using fishing line and knicker elastic, that made me laff. Why not try some coated wire trace used for Pike fishing it comes in black and many breaking strains 10lb breaking strain is really thin i use it for 1/48 1/32 1/35 scales 40lb makes excelent tow cables for tanks.
Or just buy some elastic string from sowwing shops
Thanks Colin, sorry for the delay in answering but I'm just back from hols. The airbrushes I use are Iwata Revolution BR 0.3 for fine work and CR 0.5 for more general use.
