Rob amazing looking 111 and your second build,WOW! Ca'nt wait to see your next one! My big thing with weathering is looking at actual pictures of the subject and trying to replicate the level of wear and tear accordingly. You've really done a very nice build there and one to be proud of for sure! Heres the best pic of exhaust stains on a 111 I could dig upComment

But weathering, it's a bit like when a woman asks which dress to wear, red or blue. There's no right answer, except to say, it can be easily overdone. And this comes from someone who does like them dirty.Comment

i think the exhaust staining was a last minute decision the photo shows that it is a lot heavier than i put on i think i will heavier it up a bit as for the space to put her i have thrown all the wife's teddy's off the top of the wardrobe as a temporary home the Revell 111 is a kit you nead alot of patience for especially when you add all the resin and etch partsComment

I have built my own spray booth out of an old double wardrobe and i still had to spray with without the wings on i have definatly learnt my lesson on just how big if a scale i should build and not just go for the biggest box in the shop.
thats what the wife says i do anywayComment
