My wife has joined the modelling fraternity

The wife has just completed her first spit and she's very proud of it

I give you the new airfix quick build spitfire Mk I don't really know

Quite a good idea realy to get youngsters involved in modelling they build like Lego but actually come out looking like an aircraft

Oh I don't know. I detect your ever so happy with the wife. But, what happens, when your favourite detailng brush has gone missing ? Your matt black has all been used up and not replaced? Your sharpest cutting knife, is blunt etc etc.

You see where I'm coming from.

Alan, you must be well chuffed your missus has had a go at a build - and having the confidence to get you to post the result. Good for her!

Let's see....Matt Black for mascara..Semi Matt Red for lipstick. The list goes on. Get a lock on the 'man cave' quick.

Pass on my congrats to her for a job well done.....I'm even going to award her a confidence badge.

      Cheers,

      Ron

Definitely nice to see the ladies joining in, but I can't see how two people can share the same stash!

Well you could always do the cooking while your missus did the modelling .....

Think that would ensure she gave up model making Gern. We all know our place.

Pauline likes bacon & eggs but not every day.

Well its better than my attempts, I'd be quite chuffed with that as a result.

And don't forget our fairer sex were building the real thing back in the forties...... I don't think many pilots said '' I'm not going up in that... Doris and her mates built it''
