    1/32 Hasegawa Fw190 F8

Here is my attempt at a big scale aircraft. I kept this build 'off the radar' as it were. It is depicting an aircraft from II./SG2 based in Hungary in the winter of 1944

Hand painted with airbrush. Only bit that was masked is the identification bands on the wing and fuse

        Hi Al

Very nice work on an unusual scheme, it looks cool.

The kit is a classic and you've done a great job of putting it together - excellent stuff.

Well that's one of the best I've seen by hand wish my hands were as steady

Ian it was a good kit to build. A couple of little things i'll know for next time but, just remember to test fit before you glue.

                        It. makes. me. kinda. dizzy...

Just imagine that thing doing turns and burns through the skies.

                        Looks great!

Cheers guys. Made a ton of mistakes with this build but at least I'm going to learn from them. Now I hope I can finish off the others that are on my bench before I start a new kit

Very nice Al, I can only echo what the other guys have said about that tricky camo job. Funny how it alters the look of the whole aircraft when you take off the undercarriage doors.
