Very nice finish Matto! The paint finish is very crisply done and the sprayed star markings look perfect.

I think that's a great introduction to the forum - welcome aboard!

    Cheers P

          Agreed, looks great!

Unlike Tony, I'm not as much of a 'russian equipment' fan, but I recognize good work when I see it, and that is it.

Subtle wearing for the engine exhaust, crisp, clean lines, yep, looks good.

Thanks for the positive comments, much appreciated!

I have few more builds that I hope I can share with you soon. This is the first Russian and first Zvezda kit I've built. Quite pleased with how it turned out - shame about the decals and canopy!

That is a very nice build.

I have found that the *Russian* manufacturers are not to good when it comes to decals.

If I find I am going to build a kit from the other side of the curtain, I always make sure I can get decals from another place!

Welcome to the forums as well Mat. So You live in Legoland?

The kit was really good fit wise, no major problems. I found it to be a little over-engineered and fiddly in places but nothing too bad.

The canopy is pretty thick - quite noticeable if it's open.

The decals are the biggest weakness though!
