Fernando N's Airfix 1/72 NA Mustang IV (StarterSet GB)

    Hi everyone,

Although only using the kits contents, some basic tools and some general household items this one turned out pretty nice for me.:smiling4:
With such limitations it was great to be as creative as possible and also reminded me that one doesn’t need all the extensive tools to have fun building and painting a kit.:nerd::nerd:

    Fernando,
very nice, I would have expected some more problems with the decals, given the matt finish. Sticking the canopy on, with that glue is very tricky - all too easy to get a spot on the clear bits.

        Hi Fernando
That is a most excellent result. I agree with Peter that your skill has enabled you to get the most from this kit.

Thanks for the kind comments guys, much appreciated.:thumb2:

Dave, the canopy is the spare one from the kit, the first got a stain too many to hide and had to weather a bit more on the windshield...:tongue-out3:
