    Spanner's Tamiya 1/700 U.S.S. Enterprise (CV-6) (Karl's Pacific Carrier/Aircraft G.B.)

Nice kit with good detail for a small scale ship.
I thought I would take this lot in B/W. (Except one)

Thanks to Karl for suggesting and running this G.B.

    Cheers.
    Ron

My favorite! In colour too..... The black cloud vanished just as quickly as it arrived - No rain!

        Thanks Paul and John.

To be honest, Mother nature provided the backdrop, I just took full advantage with my high tech. 'Point and Click' photography. I wouldn't know what most of the settings do on my camera, anyway.:upside:

Thanks again for your positive comments.

        Cheers.
        Ron

              Just brilliant.

You may only "point & click" as you put it but the framing is superb as always, displaying the fine modelling to its best.

Thanks to Jim, Andy and Andy T for your excellent comments. All most welcome and appreciated. :thumb2:

Andy T. Although I only point and click, I do take a short time considering and setting up the composition of the shot. This goes a little way to covering up my knowing virtually stuff all about camera settings.
However, when clouds are scurrying by, there is no time for such niceties and point and click is the order of the day - And hope for the best!

Thanks again for your ace comments boys.

                Ron

That is a great result Ron. The low level photos that are your trade mark certainly show things at their best.
