    Italeri UH1c completed

This is my 1/72 Itaelri UH1c Hog.Dispite the inacuracies (according to the rivet counters) it was a fun little build.Part detail and fit was good.

I made a bit of a "revertment" as used by the US Navy "Sea wolves" helos during the riverine ops in the Mekong during 1970.

Still need to do the beading that will finish off the correx base and straitghen out the bent left flybar. (only saw it now, oops)

After it being pointed out to me, I see that I forgot to remove the masking tape from the chin bubble glazing! This has now been done. I didn't paint over them LOL!

Just goes to show what hapens when you rush a project.

I know this is 10 months old now, but how did you tint the green overhead perspex panels Theuns? If you used the clear Tamiya stuff how did you apply it please? Your Huey looks great, and the surrounding display is good.

I coloured the inside of the green glass with a green highlit pen, simple as that!

I understand you can also tint clear parts with future and some food colouring, have not tried it myself.
