I picked this Italeri kit up at a market stall selling house clearance stuff - cost me just £3. Some tricky parts but fun to build. Fit was generally very good, only the doors needed fettling, but the framing looked too thick so I left the doors off, as on many examples of the 1:1, and Theuns' excellent build of the same kit. Paints are mostly Tamiya, with Revell Steel used for the engine, follo[ATTACH]290031[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]290032[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]290033[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]290034[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]290035[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]290036[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]290037[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]290038[/ATTACH] wed by a Humbol black wash.

I can recommend this kit. Needs a bit of thought to work out exactly where some parts have to be placed, and it's pretty fragile, but I enjoyed it. Haven't built a helicopter before, but I have 2 more in the stash.Comment
