    Literally UH-34 in the Paddy

    Hi,

I am currently doing a build blog of this Marine workhorse in the Dio in construction section because it was slated for the dio. Anyway this was completed years ago along with the dio and I thought I'd show it here. The props are not drooped as it is supposed to be in flight. The kit is a 1/72 Italeri kit.

You can just see through the mesh...

You'll be wondering why the crew chief is showing his thumbs up...well he was doing this for a year before i added the grunts on the ground who were waving up to him.:smiling2:

    Hope you guys like helicopters.

    Cheers,
    Richard

          Hi Richard
Very nice indeed. All the improvements and extra details were worth all the effort.

Thanks Wouter...this is only my second helicopter. They're nice but them rotor blades just use up lotsa space.

                Cheers,
                Richard

I can hear you. Normally I'm going to do one in a month or two because I was stupid enough to take up the challenge This one sure will be used as motivation!

                  Cheers

Great to see it on its own Richard.:thumb2:
                      Really nice pre shading work.
Crewchief with thumbs up can also be a sight at an airshow.:tongue-out3:

Hi John, just following the rules here on separate postings for specific genres as this is a finished helicopter just waiting to be installed into a dio. Unfortunately nearly 50% of the beginning of the dio blog is the preparation of the helicopter. It is now only starting to touch on the base of the dio.

                            Cheers,
                            Richard
