    Homechild's Comanche RAH 66 - Completed

So, instead of mothballing a $7billion programme to develop a new attack helicopter the US government stuck with it and the Comanche was born. After successful trials with the Army, the Navy took the heli too and here it is in one of their unique camo schemes.

    Thats brilliant Drew.

Looks like it was meant to be ... the crisp lines, and arrangement of the camo pattern are certainly impressive in my opinion.

Totally a five star build mate.

Thats a "should have been" not a "what if" Really nice paint job. How DID you get such crisp lines on the camo, can't have been easy.

Well done and 5 stars from me too.

        Tony.

Thanks for the comments guys, I really enjoyed building this one, and it does look pretty mean!

I think I'll get another one and do it in some sort of desert camo, unfortunately I won't be able to use the same method as I used here though.

Think I'll get one or two to add to the stash and get on with other projects (best get my finger out and finish off the Pacific build).
