Hi John, first batch hot of the printer: printer setting set to transparent, these need to dry and then coated in matt lacquer to seal before use.

    Quality looks rather good.

The helmet decals are 1/16 so around 2mm in size.

Yes a ink-jet printer. The paper is clear not white, once you leave to dry you seal with matt lacquer-three coats-15 mins between the coats, once dry you can use.

I brushed the first coat, 5 drops of paint to two drops of flow-enhancer, let it dry for a couple of hours (told you I was impatient) and gave it a second coat, same as the first but with two drops of water. To say I was pleasantly surprised, would be an understatement!
Yes the model air does brush lovely doesnt it. I use it when i need to brush paint something silver , the only thing ive found is the tendency to rub off or scratch if not protected with a clear coat.  cheers tony

Well I have ordered some of the new Vallejo metal colour gloss varnish, so that'll be applied to all of the test surfaces. If all goes to plan, I'm gonna get me a Sabre!
