I like your "kooky" float plane, an interesting choice and great finish.

While I was making this, the instructions asked to place a weight in the float, I have an old spare battery so used that, I thought about using some old miniature leds (white/green and red) for the lights on the wings.. using some very fine copper wire (is it called lint wire) but never got around to doing it.. I may look at doing this on the bush version I now have.. anyone done anything similar?
