I came across this on YouTube today, whilst looking for something else (serendipity, I love you!) - for real aviation fanboys only, it shows a P47 arriving in crates, having been shipped from the U.S. and being assembled with hand tools and platforms constructed from the transit crates. A fantastic snapshot of the incredible collective resourcefullness found in WW2.
