Peter,
I can't offer any thing really as not a wingy person, the only thing I could suggest is look on scalemates as to what's on offer. -
Peter,
Not exactly thick on the ground - apart from Hasegawa, Revell is your best bet
Mk 1 https://www.kingkit.co.uk/product/re...e-spitfire-mki
Mk II https://www.kingkit.co.uk/product/re...spitfire-mkiia
The Mk.I is ancient, 1967, but the Mk.II is 2014. ebay may also be a source, but that Hasegawa - ouch, pricey!!

there a quite a lot of 1/32 Revell Mk 1/11 Spits on auction and buy in now under £30 on E-bay.
I have 3!
A Prototype, a Mk I and a Mk II, though I need to figure out what the real difference is and would it show?
Its a good kit with good reviews and an almost endless supply of upgrades from Eduard to Barracuda
HTH's?
