    DH-89 cabin colour?

What would the internal colour of the cabin and cockpit be for a war time DH-89 RAF Rapide/Dominee?

I just scored a 1/72 heller kit for $6-00 and I see they go for $25-00 on flea-bay!

    Thanx

A beautiful aeroplane. I've been known to nip down to Duxford to watch the war birds zoom about but there is often one of these flying too. You can pay for a flight around the airfield usually. It jut looks fantastically elegant and graceful.

          Cheers

Yea , Old man De Haviland got the loos right with this one :-)

The rigging on this model will be an interesting first for me, I have not done any before, but I couldn't resist paying only about $6 for such a rare model.

It does seem to be a vaey old moulding, loads of flash everywhere on the silver plastic, but workable. Stay tuned for pix next month.

It will be the all over silver dope wit WW2 SAAF roundals.
