Hello,
Many years ago (circa 1983) I saw in an italian bookshop a book in english language with black and white photos depicting very detailed scale models of military aircraft of WW II. These models very likely were scratch-built. The subject were RAF aircraft, if I remember well the most part were multi-engined aircraft like Avro Lancaster. The models were entirely sectioned and stripped-off, so it was possible to see a plenty of details of cockpit, engines, wings structure and so on.
Does anyone remember something about this book and what is the title ?
Thank you very much,
Carlo
