I'm planning on doing some luftwaffe aircraft in the very near future and being a newby I dont know whats the best thing to do about the colours.
I don't really want to be mixing x parts of this with n parts of that and a dash of colour y!!! and so would prefer an out of the tim solution. Humbrol enamel is as far as my experience goes and I don't know whether to go with acrylics, as I have no experience of them.
xtracolor do all the colours out of the tin but I've read adverse comments about drying times and them staying soft.
I've spent quite a bit of time scouting around the web for some answers and I'm really none the wiser.
Can anyone give me an opinion as to what they do about luftwaffe colours.
I'm planning a 1944 FW190 nachtjagdgeschwader
1944 bf 109 north african colour scheme
Early 40's He111
Even some of the RAF colours need mixing! Help!!!!!
