AT-807 Turbine fire bomber from scratch.

    Hi Guys,

In the old days when plastic kits were less expincive I would always get the latest Revell or Monogram offerings. Today It's almost impossible to find many of the models I'd like in the scale I collect 1/35th.So I taught myself to scratch build my own. I have built several over the last 4 years for owner opperators out here in Washington but not the float version and now they have a tandom cinfigured canopy. So with the experience of the past models and photos of the New FireBoss this should prove to be a neat winter project. AirTractor has PDF files for modelers and I encourage anyone intrested in water bombers/crop dusters to check it out. Have fun guys and if you need help let me know "Just PM me" Best wishes from Washington Artworks2 AKA... AL

      Hello to YOU Balsa!!!

      Hello Barry,

I seem to remember the last time I read you were moving? I've been waiting in the lurch to find a place to give advice about model carving as well as see where the art of plastic modeling went. These guys are a busy lot for sure with trains/kitbashing/boats and so much more. Boy it is truely a small world. The AirTractor you see is a test model over 5 years old I'll add some floats to it this winter. Good to know a kind person a half a world away remembers ME......Best to YOU Barry
