    Old models

    I have 2 bolster wood planes and one more modern kit plane which I inherited off my late granddad some years ago and I am in a situation where I can use them. They will be going on eBay or the like some time soon, dose any one know routhly how much they are worth. Thank you if you replie to this post as i expect you get alot of posts like this.

    What is bolster wood? Do you mean balsa?

      if you are in a "situation where you can use them" why are you selling them? 2nd just because they are old kits dose not mean they are worth any thing other than what you would see at a garage sale.

        I would just post them on eBay.

        There are many modelers out there who collect and/or build old kits.

        Make sure to give accurate descriptions.

        You may be pleasantly surprised at what they fetch.
