Hi Patric, no I wish I was that good!

It was done with a cheap "hardware store" tipe pot airbrush.

I have moved towns in the last 2 weeks, and the models have not been unpacked yet, to scared to do so!

I have been looking for one here in S.A. but allas I cant find one.I would lkie to modify it slightly inorder to look like my full size L-18 super cub I fly.See pic.

Glad to hear that the parts fit well, with all the glass on it hiding mistakes will be hard I recon.

I have had good quality and bad quality from some kit makers.I realy like Academy, but the last PBY5 was also soft and bendy. Revelle's 1/32 Alloette 2 was difficult to get the tailboom to be "untwisted"

The fit on my 1/72 airfix seaking was so bad that my little one is now playing with it!Yet some of their other stuff looks nice, so it seems to be luck of the draw!

I Have had only good luck with Italeri's Mb323 and Grippen, but for that you pay slightly more.

The quality on Italeri's T-6 harvard looks very nice and clear. Can't wait to get started on that one.

        Sorry for the hijack.

The Revel kit is the 04208 Super Piper. I have not found any problems with the kit itself although I don't know how accurate it is.

I got mine as part of a two-kit deal from a guy who calls himself polarbears3kitscatcat on ebay. I've done a few deals with him and I have only praise for his dealings with me.

        Hope this helps.
