Hello I have been working on an Airfix Spitfire Mk.1. Has anyone else been working on one? I bought it one day and found out latter that is a new kit from Airfix. I remember building a late model spit from Airfix and the fit was terrible. This kit when I put the wings on I had to do some light sanding, unlike the other spitfire. This spitfire you can use the two bladed prop or the 3 bladed prop which is a nice option. It also for some strange reason came with three sets of canopys, and there was a bubble top canopy included.
I am at the painting stage right now and I am painting the roundels on the wings as an experiment to see how they turn out.
