ere are some pics at the 1st go at a nice size cockpit canberra 1.72 airfix...Ok I only can get better and be great if people would send me hints for when I build my mosquito 1.48 scale would be a great help well hope you like my job I done ....cheers

Looks good to me although the pics are a tad small to get really 'in there' but I can see that you have the feel of it about right. One of the things that has surprised me when looking at pictures of real cockpit interiors is the frankly scruffy, grey crudeness of them. You appear to have attempted this by the use of dry-brushing which gives the right dusty worn look. When you come to do your 1:48 scale, you will have to do much the same but in more specific smaller areas rather than a blanket dry-brushing.

As I usually build armour I have little experience regarding painting aircraft so I can't offer any real advise.....I can however offer encouragement and I wish you good luck with this model. I am sure Yak face and other 'Flyguys' will be a great source of help for you.

Don't worry about techniques and getting it spot on first time. The main thing is to enjoy making the Canberra and learn as you go along.

All i can say is, if this is anything to go be then it's going to look smart. I can't wait to see the finished plane, and this is 1:72 scale. Looking forward to the 1:48 Mosquito, if it the Tamiya Mossy then you'll love the build.

Its the revell kit my dad got me for crimble but that looks a great kit to build too plus have a 1.48 p45n thunderbolt aswell from revell

Your cockpit looks great, I'm certainly not qualified to offer any advice on improvment - looks like you are there ! I also have the Revel Mosquito waiting for the go - lots of parts isn't there.......

theres a few mate well as soon as I done my canberra and Hunter I will be starting it and the cockpit looks great but I ere the tamiya version of the mosquito is better ...
