    How much filler?

I don't get chance to do much modelling so when I do one I would like it to be right, I started a Eduard Profipack Mirage III, usually find Eduard kits to be fine, but I was putting this one together and found a little hole, looks like it needs filling

OOH! nice engine access panel john!! Looks like a short shot on the mould, i would try and glue a bit of plastic card into the hole before filling it otherwise you might be putting it on for a long time (at least until the fuselage was full up !!!LOL) cheers tony

Ouch! Pity you didn't see that before you started. I would of had a photo of it in an e.mail to Eduard in a flash!

Tony has the cure. Patch it and fill it afterwards.

Stuffed it with bluetack then filled with Squadron green, looks better than the picture, shouldn't be too bad once painted

For big holes I use P38 vehicle filler (I've always had a tube or two for some reason), or as Tony mentioned use some spare plastic...

Wow, what a gap! Hope the bluetack doesn't throw your CG back too far.
