A not so good revell lighting

I was about to start on my revell lighting but then i saw how bad the moulding was and i was disapointed so it goes to the bottom of the pile but i wants some comments on it. me i wont be touching it for a long time.

I can see what you mean and I'm usually one of the first to moan about flash and crappy moulding but i can say I've built worse ... particularly the revel 1:48 huey hog.

id have a go at it ... makes for a nice feeling of success when you've completed it

I had no problems when I built mine peter -BUT ... that was when i was about ten years old!!!!! Filling seams or poor detail and fit was the last thing on my tiny mind , I just slapped it together while the paint was still drying, complete with gluey fingerprints all over the canopy!!! So what i'm saying is this kit has been around for yonks , its no surprise the moulds are a little worse for wear , but dont dismiss it , as colin says if you have a bash and come out with a decent result it makes it all the more satisfying. cheers tony
