    Thanks again gents.

I've finished the roof load. Some is from a bag of resin stowage rejects I have, so the quality isn't great. Some is scratchbuilt (so even worse lol), and there are a few nice Value Gear pieces.

Once the glue has finally set (my newly acquired Bsi is taking more like 5-10 minutes rather than seconds ), I'll add some kind of straps

Just had a catch up on this project. Looks brill!
great job on converting the base kits to this unusual combo.

Saw a landie with a driven trailer a couple of years ago. Yep PTO take off to the tow hitch of the car. Driven axle on the trailer with prop-shaft and PTO coupler under the hitch to meet the shaft from the truck.
                It was road legal too!

I remember those, made by a company called Scottorn I think. Not without their problems as during extreme off-roading the trailer could push the back of the vehicle out, causing a jack-knife.

How is it I can recall trivia like that but struggle to remember what I had for breakfast most days? Old age creeping up?

                        Thanks Nick

I've given it a bit of a dusting, hopefully showing a bit of use without overdoing it.

Next is to figure out the UK number plates. I want them matching on the rear of the vehicle and trailer, but only have one in the kit. Weirdly it's white too, so I either have to print two rear yellow ones, or maybe I'll go for old school black with silver letters, since this vehicle just fits into the time frame (pre 1973)

Number plates took some thinking about. My printer couldn't reproduce the silver for the letters so I mounted them on some silver painted card.

Not too bad if I say so myself
