    Airfix 1/12 scale 1930 4.5 litre Bentley

Hello to all my model-building mates !

Haven't posted recently, because I've had my head down, getting on with my first in some sixty years !

Some bits are not very well done, as I found with my shakes that some parts were quite a challenge, viz the rear number plate, which looks ghastly in the accompanying photo.

Sadly, I've come to a bit of a halt as I have discovered there are FOUR missing parts, which I'm awaiting from Airfix Spares, to whom I have written... Can't do much more until they arrive.

I must find a way to secure the rear wheels which keep dropping off as soon as you turn the car sideways.

    Any ideas anyone ?

    Regards,

    Graham.

Hope you can manage to get the missing parts Graham. So far though, you are making a nice job of it. I have the same model, but in 1/24 scale made by Revel. But it won't be started on for a while yet, as I have other models in the queue.

A nice start is this one a recent one as i have done this one, but the one i built was an early kit as it had all the bits for motorising if you go to page two of this section there you will find my build if you want any tips.

I admire you for tackling this one
