Well, I've finally done something, the suspension has been fitted and a little light weathering applied to the underside.

Mmmmm..... there weather photo doesn't quite capture it, but that's fine as you really wont bee seeing much of the underside. o.O

Onwards and upwards, I've started some work on the display base for Skyline. The car is going to be shown mounting the curb on the apex of the corner, though not as spectacularly as the accompanying picture.

I've also test fitted the driver.

Thanks Gwyn, I tried something different by lightly spraying on Vallejo Black ink wash instead of brushing it on.

I'm using decanted paint - the correct colour as it is only available in rattle can. The AB gives better control.

Well, the build is moving along and the track is taking shape.

I wanted to fit the driver out with a safety harness, but I may have bitten off more that i can chew - take a look at the size of the PE buckle that is used on the harness. I hope that I can do it some justice.

Here is the body with all the decals applied ready for the clear coat - just pray that I don't mess that up.

                            Thanks for looking.
