    Hi Stuart
    Decals look fine and the whole effect is very convincing.

        Hope it still looks ok with the decals as I was not sure to add them or not .
        What a completely worn out and battered pair of arches they are. Totally perfect.

          Hi Stewart,
          I'm a further refugee from the MM forum. I'm a military model maker/ bodger........but have a few cars in the stash.........Tamiya Mini's (9) and having owned something like 40 odd over the years.... plus the Tamiya Subaru Impreza WRC'99.
          Like the idea of the barn find.. found a few of my previous mini's in similar circumstances. ( bought a 1969 Morris Mini Cooper for my 65th birthday)

          What I particularly love is your rust effects.......excellent. Please share how you have done it please.
          Looking forward to seeing this progress.
          May kick start me to have a go with a car.......:rolling::rolling::rolling:

          Cheers Mike :sleeping::sleeping::sleeping:

                Looking good Stuart,
                If it was me I'd add a little more rust colour to the arches where the white shows through the blue decals. and if your feeling very brave. using a small drill bit, drill some holes in some of the same places make it look like the wing has rotted through.

                  Another way to make rust holes is scrape the plastic with a curved blade from the inside until the plastic is wafer thin, almost translucent
                  Then use a pointed blade to carefully stab random holes through the thin bits to create the doily effect of rusted edges
