Mitsubishi Evo Vll with a difference...

    Hi all,

I managed to get this one nice and cheap of E-Bay and thought I'd have a go at altering it, first time I have altered a model like this other than the Bel Air trailer I did, plus, I have been able to use other bits out of the spare Bel Air kit...

    Starting with this...

Making a start, rear of roof section cut off and new panel made out of Evergreen plastic card...

Taped to steady while glue goes off...

    Interior before...

After, helmet holder and spare wheel holder cut off...

    Floor section made from Evergreen...

New rear wheel arches, these are from the interior tub I used on my '62 Bel Air...

Interior door cards, the Evo kit doesn't come with any as it uses a roll-cage...

Huge sink hole in the steering column which I filled...

    In primer...

    Colour coat...

Door cards and Dash painted up...

    Seats painted and floor flocked...

    Interior tub attached to chassis...

    Finished Evo

        Yeah.... quite inovative.

You never know, some boy racer could see this and you could have started a new fad.
