Tamiya 1/12 Tyrrell P34 six wheeler.

This has been one of my all time wants for a long time just never been in a position to buy one until now.
Being factory wrapped I was surprised to find original Japanese instructions and English ones.
The original decals were shot so I have managed to get some decent after market ones. Click image for larger version

An unusual choice, but an excellent representation of period innovation. You sure made the fire bottle come to life.

Virtually the same kit all that's new is photo etch parts and seat belts
As I have the original boxing if I didn't buy the one I have I would have got it as jadlam are only a 45 minute drive away.

With all this rubber on the ground & braking swept area, I wonder what G forces they created.

IIRC, the basic idea behind the car was to drastically reduce drag, and because the wheels are a main source of that, the reasoning went that smaller wheels would be a good way forward. But to get the same amount of ground contact (or something), they ended up needing four at the front.

Looking good, remember using Christmas money as a child to buy the Scalextric version of this car
