    Revell 66 Shelby GT350=R

I am still a complete novice having only finished one model so far, but I am enjoying learning as I progress, and am making quite a few mistakes. I thought I would keep a record of this one.

Finished the engine today, but unfortunately I took the photos before I had touched up the paintwork!!

Next week I hope to crack on with this and get quite a bit done.

If that is only your second model you should be feeling quite pleased with yourself, it took me years to get around to putting paint on!! Mind you I started at about five years old!

I'm not sure what you have done differently but the carburettor looks very good but the rocker covers are not as nicely finished. It may be the picture but whatever you did to the carburettor you need to do again.

I wouldn't change anything or overpaint, it's just something to remember for next time.

Good start on a lovely looking motor, could i suggest putting some HT leads on to make it a little more realistic, just my 2p's worth. Nice to see these old muscle cars being built.

      regards
