Andy, the storage boxes are made from coffee stirrers split length wise to look right in scale, then painted in an acrylic tan colour with a flat black wash.
The hinges and locks are flattened soldering wire cut to shape.
and thats three for the build ... this might just workComment

Great work mate. This is stunning. Great imagination involved. Top shelf stuff. I might be in on a SIG like that, think i got a car kit laying around somewhere.
