Revell 1:24th scale London bus

I got this recently and had to make a start straight away!!!!! Heres the box and contents.....

This is a great kit, good detail including options for either the Leyland or scania engine. You get a whole sprue of bits to assemble for either option. I've gone for the Leyland option, got it assembled and fitted into the floor pan. Prop and diff also fitted....

This is going together sweetly so far, no problems at all. With my London icons figures I've got on the go on another thread, I feel a bit of a theme starting - not intentionally, but I feel I may be getting the London taxi soon too!!!

    Thanks for looking, more soon.

    Cheers, Andrew

I'll keep an eye on your progress with this one Andy .............. I spent a good deal of my teenage years jumping on and off of the old Routemasters and trying to persuade the conductor we had to get home for our tea and had lost our money. Good times.

                  Hi Andrew,

Looks like you are progressing well with this, I've never built a bus before, may I ask, how hard/easy are they to build compared to say a 1/24th car, please...

Thank you for sharing this build with us...

                  Andy...
