Ah yes, CHiPs Saturday nights before the British comedies started. Homework done, chores done, dinner gobbled up, pocket money spent on lollies, ready for the TV fest.

Great work so far Paul. I did not realise these were Kawasaki bikes, always presumed they were Harley Davidsons.

without doubt this has been the hardest bike kit ive ever done

It may have been the hardest.

But you're doing a damn fine job of it.

the end is in sight! lol

fairing was a bugger to line up and hold til the adhesive went off

                          and finished.........

without doubt the hardest bike kit I've ever done........but also very enjoyable!

the decals were very thin.......the broke up even if I was careful.............show them the bottle of microsol and they dissolved immediately!.......several times the instructions were contradictory and even downright wrong!......the amount of chrome bits made it 'interesting'.....lots of fiddly bits that needed three hands lol

but I'd certainly do another Aoshima kit.......looking out for a Yamaha VMax

more pics in the finished thread
