Stone knocked a hole in the front of the chaincase of my T100 - when I opened it up the 'scab' was a perfect fit in the hole, so degreased & Araldite used to glue it back in ( I backed it up with some metal mesh ). Lasted a year or so before I wrote it off - It never leaked oil, unlike the rest of the bike !

I wanted to speed thing up, so I was going to put the case into the oven to heat it up! My father dissuaded me by saying that the heat would distort it - I took the point.............

Looking like last leg of this build, thought i better take a couple of shots before i cover it all up!!
painting all complete just the last bit of assembly to do, fairing details all but complete underside fairings and oil pipe work to install complicated assembly forks bolt on from the station tube after fitting the fairing and the infill panels have these little magnets to hold them in place Click image for larger version

I've never built a larger scale motorbike but looking at your work it does make it very tempting. They really are top notch
