          First side done nipples still loose discovered i can true it up once all the spokes are in an then i will start trimming the excess and setting the nipples to hold it in shape. (Hopefully round)

              Fabulous stuff reworking the spokes, it makes a hell of a difference. Time consuming but ultimately well worth the effort.

                  Thursday yippee, ok well managed to complete the rear wheel and it looks ok fitted the tyre for effect i need to paint the wheel now once i clean it all up Click image for larger version

ID:	1192045 started the front as you can see one side complete but a lot to do before i start the other side..
                  also I bought a new dermel drill stand seems ok used it on the front hub for the spoke holes

                    Quite weekend so i have pieced some of the engine together lot of flash and mis matched parts in most cases i have just cut off the dowels and lined up by eye, lots of dressing up there seems to be a glaze over most of the parts i suspect a primer for the heavy chrome plating that took an age to dissolve
                    also finished the front wheel and primed it along with the rear wheel & engine Click image for larger version

                    This is a big engine shame theres not more detail & the primer has helped me id some other areas to work on the cylinder joins front to rear but you can clearly see the seam lines after i tried to dress them up more to do.…

                      Good job with the wheels, sure the engine will be fine when your done, itll be hidden behind the fairing.
