    Aston Martin DBS

    Well here she is. Completed.

    Enjoy.

Not my favourite kit, car is nice but the kit lacked some detail and refinement  in certain areas.

The colour choice was the right one i think, although with the airbrush giving up on me near completion meant a 1 month break from the model and i lost momentum and it took a while to get it back.

Best parts of the kit i think are the brakes and underside. Worst parts of the kit are the body shell trully awful moulding lines that still show through in certain lights. As i melted the 1st shell by placing it too close to a heater, i didnt spend quite as much time preping the replacement shell the 1st took 3 weeks of sanding and filling and by the time i got the replacement shell i only spent a couple of days on prep and thats why the moulding lines are still visible in certain lights. I find this quite bad for a £50 kit.

    Here are the pics.
