    Ford 3 litre GT

I’ve learned a couple of things over the last month, the first is respect wall tiles as they are very sharp when broken and hurt when they hit you in the face . Secondly stick to what you know, armour and aircraft models. Here’s my finished Ford, I don’t know how old the kit is but there are several issues with fit and the instructions. They show the wheels and tyres to be fitted before joining the body halves together, that wouldn’t make painting very easy so I didn’t. I added some seat belts a gear stick and drilled out the exhausts, I also replaced some of the light lenses using pva. I also had an issue with the decals reacting with the microsol. Anyway here it is, now back to my other project.

It does look good Mick, it nice to get out of your comfort zone from time to time. But on the other hand it's also nice to get back to what you know.

Is this the 1/32 scale Airfix? I’m really wanting to build some of the kits I have several now just calling my name

                        Hi Mick
You've made a really good job of that. As others have said it can be fun to move away from what you are comfortable with and then get a great result.
                        Jim
