Tim, just had a look at the Sandtoft Museum's website, which Noel advised of, and thy have three Bournemouth ones. Only the other week a friend sent a photograph of one of the Manchester trolleys he used to travel to work on, said it was a thick fog upstairs due to the cigarette smoke! Manchester was of course a heavily industrialised area back then.

If I ever get to visit the museum, the Manchester one would be of interest. There is also another Manc survivor on static exhibit at the currently closed Manchester Museum of Transport.

      First post, so here goes

I'm currently putting a Berlin Tram from Occre together.
Nicely detailed kit, but very involved with lots of cutting and even some staining too.
Nice metal parts too, already put a fair few hours in and plenty more required

I've had a search around ( insomnia ), trams, yes, trolleybuses nope - the nearest you may get is this

          It's diecast - but it's a Sunbeam from Reading!
There are other models around, but most fall into the collectors price range

          Ouch!!!!
          Dave

I know this is an old thread, but if it’s still being monitored by the original poster, there are these…

Dont know if they are still trading though, the web site seems to stop at about 2017.

              Thanks Dave and Tim,
I should have posted before, managed to find plastic kits of the Trolleybus made and sold by the Czech company SDV model. They offer four Skoda TBus models in 1:87 HO scale and have an ebay seller based in Germany.

              Apologies for not posting earlier

No probs Tony. Glad you’ve sorted it out. Don’t forget to post the builds . I’m sure the chaps will be interested.
