Idleing problems Please help

Hi i'm having idling problems with my nitro car it is a kyosho pureten alpha, it was running fine, then last night I changed the fuel tank and when I started it today the wheels are turning all the time I've tried the adjustment in my hand controller using this I can increase the idle speed but at the lowest setting it still idleing to fast ie the wheels are moving, even moveing the throttle on the car by hand I cant slow it down this is my first rc car so I don't know much about tuning please help

Sounds like the needle valve on the engine needs adjusting - screw it in all the way till it stops and then open to about 2 & a quarter to 2 & a half turns, you should be running fine then.
