Accessories etc

Hi one and all,

I am new to model making and this Forum and was wondering if i could get some help with places to purchase accessories, parts and general items to start with my ventures into customising Car models.

I am mainly interested in the European and Aisan cars at the moment and have noticed that most of the searches i do come back with people supplying parts etc for the american cars.

If anyone can help me with information on suppliers of these kind of patrs i would be VERY greatful.

Hi Mathew, welcome to the site, its a friendly and helpful forum. As to customising have you tried Hiroboy, they are good also I was recommended to try mixedmedia site, also good in fact I could have spent hundreds of quidlets there, other than that try Hobbylink Japan, bit expensive + postage, but many lines do not seem to be sold here. But there does not seem to be any dedicated car model shops that I know of. Good luck with the hunting, I`m sure other members might have alternative sites, so have a try.

I have looked at the Hiroboy and HobbyLink Japan and both look great thanks, sure i will spend way more than i should at both Haha i don't seem to be able to find the Mixedmedia site though? Any addition info on that would be great.

Just wondering if anyone in here could recommend a place for wheels, rather than starting a new thread. I'm after a set of 1/24 15" scale wheels, they seem to be really limited
