Ello peeps. iam the son in law, dont think i could of got a better person to do the spray paint, was hoping for a darker colour but still, if it turns out half as good has the paintjob, its gonna be a tidy model. i have put my own post up now so i can post more pictures of the rest of the build and hope to see some of you over there giving me feedback.

Ive used the Hycote aerosols many times John and theyre brilliant arent they? I get em from the local car spares for about £3.99 and theyve always given great results (in fact I bought one last week for the wedell williams racer!) cheers tony

That's a gorgeous finish (if not colour...). What do you prime the bodies with?

Hi Mike i use car primer depending on colour of top coat, gray or white primer.

On my black Black E-Type i used gray, on my red E-Type i used white primer.

All my work is done with spray can's or brush work.

                  Hope this helps Mike.

                  Thanks for ur kind comment.
