Nitro Racer Extended Issues And Parts

Hi all,

imi still waiting to complete the series and are most likely to stop at issue 64, to avoid further rip off, but i was wandering what exactly the uprated parts are?

Greg, having not got this series i cant be certain but the common upgrades for rc cars of this type are:

Motor tweaks

Gearbox & dif tweaks

Gearbox & dif ratio changes

Aluminium parts such as heat spreaders

Lightened parts such as drive shafts/wishbones

Better adjustable syspension

Change of air filter

Fit stabalisers (like a rollcage)

Make every nut & bolt annodised (this is aways a popular mod)

Theres loads more, but thats a selection. Obviously these parts can be purchased seperately from the mag! Most of them will cost less than one issue too! If you need help fitting them or choosing, then just post a thread here and somebody will advise you...

Having completed this series i can tell you its best to stop at 61 and buy the tuned pipe,wheels,suspension off fleabay as the upgrades you get really are poor.

64-5 spoke wheel,slick tyre,foam insert

65-manifold for tuned pipe

66-spring for shock+2 hub bearings

67-5 spoke wheel,slick tyre,foam insert

68-spring for shock+2 hub bearings

69-5 spoke wheel,slick tyre,foam insert

70-spring for shock+2 hub bearings

71-porsche bodyshell

72-porsche decals

73-5 spoke wheel,slick tyre,foam insert

74-spring for shock+2 hub bearings

75-spare std chassis

I am missing some of the issues of nitro racer, could anybody help with information on the parts that came with issues 40,58,59.
