Studio 27 Etch + Fabric Belts

Hi there. I'm about to pull the lid on my first Tamiya F1 kit in quite a while, and noticed that you can get some PE upgrade parts from Studio 27, and fabric belts from a company called Turner Model, which look quite good.

My question is, has anyone had any experience of these parts, and are they worth adding? I've used PE stuff on aircraft models, I'm just wondering if these make much of a difference.

    Any comments gratefully received.

    Cheers, Neil

I've used Studio 27 PE several times, its probably not as finely etched as some of the SMS or Hobby Design stuff but its OK.

For an F1 model I'm assuming it includes wing end plates. These are a big improvement over kit parts as they're much thinner and sharper. As for the belts, I've not used those ones but IMHO its always worth adding aftermarket belts. Good luck with the kit

Thanks for that Jason. I haven't even heard of those companies, so I'll check them out. Bang goes the quick OOB build, then......
